Meet Dr. Kate

I’m Dr. Kate Rodriguez – licensed professional counselor supervisor, forensic evaluator, speaker, and founder of My Healing Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and a doctorate in counseling education and supervision, I’ve spent my career helping others heal from trauma, manage burnout, and reconnect with their sense of purpose.

But I’ve lived this work, too. As a professor, mother, and Latina business owner, I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself while doing everything “right.” That’s why I now lead conversations on stages and in workshops that cut through the noise and offer practical, research-backed tools for change.

Because burnout doesn’t have to be the price of ambition.
